Spacious two-bedroom units with a full kitchen and great amenities like the indoor pool and playground. Noise from upstairs neighbors was bothersome during our stay. Overall clean and well-maintained grounds. Wish there were more dining options nearby.

I loved how easy it was to stroll around the area since it was just a short drive to the bustling attractions of Williamsburg and super close to great shopping and tasty dining options, all while offering comfy rooms with kitchen facilities, an indoor and outdoor pool, plus friendly staff to help out; however, it would have been nice to have had a bit more attention to detail in the oven cleanliness.

Spacious two-bedroom units were perfect for our family. The hot tub was a great feature. The upstairs noise from neighbors was very distracting. Would recommend the ground floor if you can.

The family activities are a blast and kept the kids entertained all week. I also loved the convenient small washer/dryer and the plentiful towels at the pool.
The kitchen faucet was harder to turn on than an old radio.

The rooms were super modern and clean, making it feel like a cozy home away from home! We loved having a king bed and a big bathroom—perfect for our family time. Plus, the indoor and outdoor pools kept the kids entertained, rain or shine!
100% recommend! 💖🌟

The spacious units provide a comfortable setting with surprisingly clean accommodations. communication here is a disaster. Phones in the rooms are disconnected, making it nearly impossible to reach the front desk—a serious oversight. We encountered loud neighbors partying into the early hours, and despite calling security multiple times, no one responded. Maintenance issues were addressed promptly but were indicative of the overall lack of attention to detail. there was misinformation about pet policies, and I faced billing inconsistencies that need resolution. While the kitchen was better equipped than most, the overall experience felt rushed and underwhelming. More attention to cleanliness and customer service would go a long way.

Spacious and family-friendly, the amenities here are impressive—lots of activities from volleyball to a well-stocked pool pantry. The living space was clean and comfortable, with helpful features like a full kitchen and fireplace. the beds were uncomfortably stiff, and we faced a bit of trouble with our service animal. The staff's inquiry was intrusive, which was frustrating after a long drive. the room had a slight urine smell, although they did offer to relocate us. It’s a mixed bag—a relaxing place, but some issues need addressing for a smoother experience.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but the experience was worth it.

It was convenient to have access to an iron and ironing board to keep our clothes neat and pressed. The heating and air conditioning in the villa worked well, ensuring that the temperature was comfortable throughout our stay. One thing we particularly enjoyed was having tea and coffee facilities available in the villa. It was nice to be able to brew a hot cup of tea or coffee in the morning and relax in the sitting area with a warm drink. The dining table was also a nice touch, giving us a space to enjoy meals together. The patio area with garden furniture was a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoor surroundings. we did notice that the free toiletries provided could be of better quality. It would have been nice to have higher-end toiletries available to use. The washing machine in the villa was a convenient amenity, allowing us to do some laundry during our stay. The cookware and kitchen utensils provided were sufficient for preparing meals, but some items seemed a bit worn and could use an update. We appreciated the presence of a CD player and flat-screen TV for entertainment. The carpeted floors added a cozy touch to the villa, but we did notice that the laundry facilities could be improved for better convenience. our experience at Vacation Village was pleasant, with various amenities provided for a comfortable stay. There were areas that could be enhanced, such as the quality of toiletries and updating some of the kitchen utensils, but we enjoyed our time at the villa.

Had a big pool and great coffee in the lobby. The guests were cool and there were tons of amenities to enjoy, like volleyball and a playground. The hot water pressure was also top-notch, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Loved it!
The rooms were dusty and the bed sheets felt like sandpaper. The gym was tiny, and the equipment was old and noisy.

spacious room, spacious condo with great central HVAC that kept us comfortable during warm days and chilly mornings.
Loved everything.

We had a blast at the Williamsburg National Golf Club, swinging away like pros on the lush green fairways. The Busch Tennis Courts provided a fun, competitive edge to our family vacation, with the kids giving it their all on the courts!
For dads, it would be great to have more kids-friendly food options available at the on-site restaurants.

After an awkward encounter with surprised guests, we waited ages for our parking passes and then discovered maintenance issues and dirty utensils. It was frustrating!

The condo was spacious with a well-stocked kitchen, making cooking convenient. The central HVAC was easy to operate and effective, providing comfort day and night. Beds were comfortable, though the queen bed could use softer pillows. I appreciated having two bathrooms and a fireplace. the TV in the bedroom was outdated. The tight washer and dryer setup was a challenge for large groups. Cleanliness varied; while the unit was generally nice, the refrigerator needed more attention. The noise from neighbors impacted sleep, and some amenities, like the jacuzzi jets, were not functioning.

My friends and I had a blast at Busch Tennis Courts and Williamsburg National Golf Club! We partied, played sports, and chilled by the pool. So much fun, dude!
Yo, wish they had more late-night activities for us party animals! .

I chose Vacation Village At for its proximity to Kidsburg, which I wanted to visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the fully furnished indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the living and dining rooms.
Issues with cleanliness and unhelpful staff.

we loved vacation village at! the spacious, spotlessly clean apartment had 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full baths - perfect for a trip that included 3 generations! it was great that the apartment was on the first floor since 3 of us are seniors. TVs in both bedrooms and in the living room were a bonus - everybody could watch what they wanted.
Nothing to mention 😉

The hotel offers a full range of amenities like pools, a fitness center, barbeque grills, and more. The architecture gives off a historical vibe, which added to the charm of the place. The weekly maid service and Wi-Fi were great for relaxing.
Wonderfully uncomfortable beds! .

The rooms were modern and clean, with spacious dining and living areas. Air quality was excellent, and the shared laundry was a bonus. The bedroom with the King bed and large attached bathroom were perfect for our teens. They loved the option of indoor or outdoor pool, depending on weather.
The cleanliness was subpar, with sticky floors and poorly cleaned toilets.

Our stay at this hidden gem in Williamsburg was wonderful. The staff, especially Crystal at check-in, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and the overall ambiance of the resort was lovely. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We are already planning our next visit to this affordable and charming place.
A flipped mattress and a small issue with the Jacuzzi tub. However, these were minor inconveniences that did not significantly impact our overall experience.

Loads of activities, spacious rooms with kitchen, great price, friendly staff, beautiful pool party on 4th of July.
Felt special, no reason to complain.
